When
I started my formal nutrition degree training I realized that there were many
discrepancies between what was taught in school vs. what I read online,
including nutrition misinformation on social media that might be causing people
to have unhealthy relationships with food. I knew I had a calling to help
people get the right information to improve their health. I take a highly
individualized and holistic approach by making sure I understand job,
priorities, stress, sleep habits, and food likes/dislikes before making
recommendations. My goal is to help people feel more empowered by food and also
to have fun with it – healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring!
