Austin Regional Clinic is pleased to announce that Thea M. Libbos, PA-C, has joined the ARC Orthopedics team. Thea, a Physician Assistant, will be seeing patients at ARC Medical Park Tower Orthopedics.
Thea says, “I chose a career in orthopedics because I am passionate about helping my patients get back to doing the things they love to do. Seeing my patients return to their active lifestyles is the most rewarding part of my job.
Building a strong body, and mind
When asked for her health advice, Thea says, “I am a huge proponent of functional strength training to build a strong and resilient body and the multitude of physical and mental benefits it can provide including preservation of bone and joint health, decreased risk of injury, improved confidence, and the ability to complete daily tasks without pain.”
In her free time, Thea says, “I am passionate about strength training, particularly powerlifting. I also love going on hikes with my fiancé and Beagle as well as cooking, eating, and talking about food.”
