Registration Procedures

Austin Regional Clinic is excited about the implementation of the new practice management computer system. The change has improved the efficiency of our billing system and the stability of the information in our database. To insure the consistency of our information we will continue to REregister ARC patients who have not yet done so. This reregistration can take as long as 10-15 minutes over the phone. We may also request that you go through central registration if you have any changes to your personal or insurance information. See below for more details on ARC registration procedures.

REREGISTRATION: You may receive a call from our new Central Registration department to reregister over the phone. You will need all of your health insurance information on hand for this phone call. If you prefer you can call and reregister at your own convenience. Call Central Registration at 407-6446. You can also access our on-line registration form. This form can be printed from our web site and faxed in to Central Registraion. Click here for the printable form and further instructions.

APPOINTMENTS: If you need to make changes to the information we have in our system for you at the time of making an appointment over the phone, we will make the appointment as usual and then transfer you to Central Registration to record the new information in our system.

CHECK-IN: If you have a change to make when you come in for your appoinment, you will check in as usual, then we will direct you to our Registration Represenatives on site to update your information.
