I knew I wanted to be a physician as far back as high school, and while minoring in Women’s Studies in college, I kindled a passion for women’s health issues. A career that supported both my passion for medicine and for women’s health seemed to be the perfect fit. I firmly believe that education, helping patients understand their diagnoses or treatment options, is a huge part of my physician practice, and it is one of the aspects I most enjoy. Knowledge is power!
